Information about ABA Therapy:
I have been trying to figure out why it is difficult for me to get updates on here more often, or why it took me so long to start reaching out to begin with and I think it is largely because I want to share happy and good, and this is not that. It is hard. And it is hard to admit that. We all battle our personal wars throughout life, but it’s hard to come out strong and loud and say, “I feel defeated.”

We had a good meeting yesterday (Thursday) with Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP). They are one of many places in the Milwaukee area that offer Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services for autistic children. I have seen a couple of their therapists in action at a friend’s house with her son. She recommended them highly and has had a great experience with them so far.
